Ingredients
- 10 egg (s) (organic)
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- possibly chives, chopped
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 piece (s) butter
- little oil, tasteless

- Beat the eggs and whisk well with the cream. Season carefully with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add some chives.
- Heat a medium-sized, non-stick pan on medium heat. Add a piece of butter with a little neutral oil. Then add the egg mixture. Now use a spatula to slide the scrambled eggs from the edge of the pan into the center. Wait briefly in between until it starts to falter again and keep pushing. The pan shouldn`t be too hot, that`s important. When the scrambled eggs are halfway done, turn off the heat completely. The scrambled eggs are ready when they are still very slightly runny and shiny. When it comes to the plate, it`s perfect.
- In between - if desired - fry the bacon slices until crispy. Serve with the scrambled eggs.
- Toasted bread goes well with it.
