Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 glass pesto rosso e.g., from Barilla
  • 1 packet pine nuts approx. 75 g
  • 250 g bacon cubes
  • 2 handfuls rocket

Instructions

  1. First cook the pasta.
  2. Halfway through the cooking time, take a pan and fry the pine nuts with the bacon cubes without any fat. Then stir the pesto into the pan and remove the pan from the plate.
  3. Stir everything well and add the rocket. (The rocket collapses a lot in the warmth). Finally, drain the pasta into the pan. Put them back on the stove. Stir everything well and heat again until all of the pasta is covered with pesto.
  4. The dish takes about 20 minutes to cook.
