Ingredients

  • 2 bunch basil
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aed, rated
  • salt
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 30 g pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the basil, pluck the leaves from the stems. Peel off the garlic cloves and puree them with the basil and oil. Add the cheese and salt, mix into a paste. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  2. Boil the pasta and stir in a hot bowl with the paste.
  3. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and sprinkle over the pasta.
  4. Tomato salad tastes very tasty with it.
