Pickled Сauliflower

Pickled cauliflower makes a great snack. And to prepare it quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 500-700 g
  • Garlic – 5 teeth.
  • Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch.
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Table vinegar 9% – 3 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Head of cauliflower should be washed, leaves removed, divided into inflorescences.
  2.  Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and boil the cabbage in it for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  4. Cut five cloves of garlic into petals and fry in hot vegetable oil, adding very finely chopped parsley for 1-2 minutes.
  5.  Add 200 ml of cabbage broth and 3 tablespoons to the oil with garlic and herbs. table vinegar, salt, pepper and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  6. Transfer the cabbage to a pickling container and pour over the hot broth.
  7. Leave the cabbage to marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature.
  8. The pickled cauliflower is ready.
