A very colorful and unusual dish. Its taste will depend on the vegetables or fruits that you pickle in the pumpkin.
Ingredients
For a small hollowed-out pumpkin with a volume of up to 1 liter:
Onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3 cloves
Small tomatoes – 5 pcs.
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
Some carved pulp from the middle of the pumpkin
Carrots – 1 pc.
Salt
Ground red pepper
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Directions
You can use other vegetables in the salad, as well as fruits – apples, pears, grapefruits. All my vegetables. Peel onions, garlic, and carrots.
Three pumpkins and carrots on a grater. Cut the rest of the vegetables into small pieces. We mix everything, salt, and pepper, season with oil, vinegar. Fill the pumpkin with salad. Let it brew for at least a day in a cold place.
