Pie “12 Spoons”

Unusually tender, tasty and aromatic, this is how short this incredible cake can be described. The ingredients are simple, but the taste is perfect. Feel free to prepare for family tea or for the arrival of guests.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Baking powder for dough – 10 grams (1 sachet)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
  • Sugar – 12 Art. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 12 Art. spoons
  • Milk – 12 Art. spoons
  • Flour – 12 Art. spoons

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
  3. Add milk, butter, juice, and half a lemon zest.
  4. Whisk, add flour and baking powder.
  5. Whisk again until smooth.
  6. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  7. Pie 12 spoons ready. We enjoy with a cup of coffee, aromatic tea or just with milk.
