Donuts in a Spoon (No Rolling Dough)

Donuts are sooooo delicious! For me, this is a dish from childhood! I offer you a recipe for donuts in a spoon. The recipe is remarkable in that the donut dough does not require rolling out, you do not need to cut circles, make holes – and all thanks to a special miracle spoon. It’s a pleasure to cook donuts with such a spoon! They turn out to be very airy, the dough is like fluff!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 400 ml
  • Pressed yeast – 25 g
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Flour – 300 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 450 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. We heat the milk to 35-37 degrees and dissolve sugar, salt, yeast in it. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough, which should have the consistency of sour cream. We leave the yeast dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours so that it doubles in volume.
  2. We heat the vegetable oil well for frying donuts. Put the dough in a special spoon, preheated in oil.
  3. Dip a spoonful of dough into the hot oil. When the donut in the spoon begins to gilder, it itself lags behind the spoon and floats to the surface of the butter. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the donuts if desired.
