Pie with Apples, Pears and Nuts Ingredients

For the dough:

Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 90 g
Flour – 150 g
Butter – 150 g
Baking powder – 7 g
Salt – a pinch

For filling:

  • Pears – 2 pcs. (250 g)
  • Apples – 1 pc. (200 g)
  • Ground cardamom – 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts – 30 g

To prepare the form:

  • Flour – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 10 g

  1. Cut apples and pears (you do not need to peel them) into large cubes.
    Crush the nuts with a rolling pin (or grind in a blender) into crumbs.
  2. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
    Put the fruit in the mold.
  3. Sprinkle with nuts and cardamom on top.

  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 160 degrees.
    In a deep bowl, beat the soft butter and sugar together.
  5. Add eggs. Beat.
  6. Add flour, salt and baking powder.

  7. Beat until smooth.
  8. Place the dough on top of the filling and distribute evenly.

  9. Bake the apple, pear and nut pie in the oven for about 45 minutes.
    Cool the finished cake and remove from the mold. To serve, cut the pie into portions.
