  • 750 g apples, sour
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • 175 g nuts, chopped
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • some butter for the pan
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease the form (26 springform pan). Mix the butter, salt, vanilla sugar, sugar and the orange peel until frothy. Stir in the eggs. Then mix the baking powder with the flour, sieve on the mixture and stir in.
  2. Peel, halve and core the apples. Dice an apple and stir into the batter. Pour the batter into the mold.
