- Prepare food.
- Peel and gut the fish.Rinse the peeled and gutted fish, cut into portions.
- Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into large wedges.
- Peel the onion, wash, cut into 4-6 pieces.
- Peel the carrots, cut into thick slices.
- Put fish, potatoes, onions and carrots in a saucepan, add 1 liter of water, cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Chop the dill
- Pour the prepared fish soup into plates, sprinkle with dill herbs.
