Sturgeon Ukha

A very simple and quick recipe for sturgeon fish soup. It is not difficult to make sturgeon fish soup using it – this fish is so tasty that the fish soup will be delicious!

Ingredients

  • Sturgeon (carcass or fillet) – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Parsley root – 1 pc.
  • Parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns – 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt – 1-1.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Rinse the sturgeon carcass or fillet, cut into portions.
  3. Peel the onion, wash, cut in half.
  4. Peel and wash carrots and parsley root.
  5. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into slices.
  6. Put fish, potatoes, onions, carrots and parsley root in a saucepan, add water (2 l).
  7. Bring to a boil, cover, screw on, cook for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Then add bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cook the sturgeon fish soup for another 5-10 minutes.
  9. Remove the onion, carrot, parsley root and bay leaf with a slotted spoon.
  10. Wash and chop the greens.
  11. Pour the prepared sturgeon fish soup into plates, sprinkle with parsley.
