Pike perch fish soup is tasty, aromatic and quick to cook.

Ingredients

  • Pike perch – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • Black peppercorns – 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt – 1-1.5 teaspoon
  • Dill greens – 0.5 bunch

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Peel and gut the fish.Rinse the peeled and gutted fish, cut into portions.
  3. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into large wedges.
  4. Peel the onion, wash, cut into 4-6 pieces.
  5. Peel the carrots, cut into thick slices.
  6. Put fish, potatoes, onions and carrots in a saucepan, add 1 liter of water, cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Then add bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Chop the dill
  9. Pour the prepared fish soup into plates, sprinkle with dill herbs.
