- Clean the fresh pineapple and cut into smaller cubes. Put in a sufficiently tall container and puree.
- Wash and scald the peaches. Peel off the skin and remove the peach flesh from the stone. Also puree.
- Put everything in a sufficiently high saucepan and stir in the vanilla sugar together with the preserving sugar. Prepare according to the instructions and make a gelling test.
