- 3 onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 lemon (s)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Drain the beans, cut the onions into fine strips, wash and chop the parsley, add to the beans with the onions.
- Prepare the marinade from lemon juice, vinegar, oil, spices and sugar and mix into the beans
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 4 hours
