Ingredients

  • 8 fish fillet (s), (plaice fillets)
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g mararine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 g salmon, smoked
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the plaice fillets with lemon juice, season with salt, lightly pepper and roll up.
  2. Heat the margarine, chop the onion and fry in it until translucent. Pour white wine. Place the rolls tightly and stew for 10 minutes. Keep the rolls warm.
  3. Add the cream to the stock and let it boil down, mix with 2 egg yolks. Cut 50 g of smoked salmon into fine strips and add them with the dill. Season to taste with the spices.
