Ingredients
- 1 roll, (older)
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 tablespoon baked beans
- 300 ml water
- 2 onions)
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1 teaspoon coffee beans, (roasted)
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg (s), (class M)
- 500 g minced meat, (mixed)
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 slices farmer`s bread (s)
- 100 g cheese, (Munster, snack cheese)
- 2 teaspoons mustard, (spicy)
- 4 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- Iceberg lettuce

- Finely dice the rolls and soak in 300 ml of warm water for 20 minutes. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Heat the baked beans. Cut the onions into slices and sauté in 1 tablespoon butter until soft. Finely crush the coffee beans with a pinch of salt in a mortar. Cut the pickled cucumber into slices. Cut lettuce leaves.
- Squeeze out the rolls well and knead them together with the egg and mince in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and form 4 patties with moistened hands.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties for 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Season with the coffee salt.
- In the meantime, cover bread slices with the cheese and roast them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes.
- Place 1 patty each on a plate and top with onions, lettuce, bread slices, baked beans, pickled cucumber and bacon. Brush with mustard and barbecue sauce and finish with the remaining patties.
