  • 1 ½ kg plum (s)

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour, then roll out and place on a baking sheet. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
  2. Halve the plums, stone them and place on the dough. Make crumbles from flour, butter and sugar and spread on top of the plums.
  3. Bake at 180 ° for approx. 45 minutes.
