- 65 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 g butter, soft
- 1 kg apples
- 50 g almond (s), rated or rated
- 80 grams flour
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon mixed with sugar

- For the shortcrust pastry: mix flour with sugar, add egg and butter cut into flakes. Mix with a dough hook, then knead into the dough by hand. Let rest for 15-30 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the apples and cut into wedges. Roll out the dough, place it on a greased tray, form an edge with the remaining dough. Spread the almonds on the bottom, place the apples on top. Sprinkle the apples with a little cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Finally, make the crumble: knead the flour, sugar and butter by hand into a firm dough, then place in a bowl and stir with a mixer (whisk) to make small crumble. Put on the apples.
- Baking time: 180 degrees Celsius, approx. 45 min.
