Ingredients
- 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 packs ready mix for poppy seeds (poppy seed baking), 50 g each
- Lemon (s) - peel, untreated, grated
- 100 g marzipan (raw mixture)
- 1 egg white
For the sprinkles:
- 200 g butter
- 275 g flour
- 125 g suar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Grease for the tin

- Knead the quark, milk, oil, sugar, half of the flour and the baking powder well with the dough hook. Gradually knead in the remaining flour. Finally knead together with your hands. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Pull up the edges of the dough. Process the poppy seed baking, lemon peel, marzipan and 1 egg white with the dough hook. Spread the mixture on the dough base.
- Melt the butter for the crumble. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the fat and work into crumbles.
- Spread the streusel on the poppy seed topping and bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
