Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 120 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 50 grams sugar
- 70 g butter, (melted and cooled slihtly aain)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
For the sprinkles:
- 100 g butter, (melted)
- 150 grams flour
- 70 grams sugar
- 50 g poppy seeds, round
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

- Mix the dry yeast with flour, knead the egg, sugar, salt, rum, milk and the lukewarm butter well, press this soft dough into a prepared springform pan (with wet fingers).
- For the crumble mix all the ingredients (coarse fork) and distribute on the cake base (becomes a thick layer) - bake at 160 ° convection for approx. 30 min (not preheated) - sprinkle with icing sugar when cold.
