- 250 g quark
- 1 packet poppy seed bakery, 250 g
- 1 egg (s)

- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Mix the quark, poppy seeds and egg in a bowl. Divide the puff pastry into six squares. Put a dollop of poppy seed curd on each square and shape into pockets, e.g. place the corners on top of each other and press down.
- Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 12 minutes.
- We like the bags a little lighter, but everyone can do it as they want.
