Pork Beef Stroganoff in a Slow Cooker

Instead of just frying the meat, it is better to cook juicy pork stroganoff in a slow cooker, it will not take much time and products, but the dish will come out excellent, I promise you.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 Grams (chop)
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Water – 1 Glass
  • Sour cream – 3 Art. spoons
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Tomato paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Spices – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. So, we thoroughly rinse the carbonate under running water and wipe it off with paper napkins, cut the pork into small bars. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the “Fry” mode, fry the meat, stirring it occasionally, for 7-8 minutes.
  2. When the pork is covered with a fragrant ruddy crust, sprinkle it with spices, salt and put onions cut into half rings in a bowl. Mix everything and fry on the same mode for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Turn off the “Fry” mode and put sour cream, tomato paste in the multicooker bowl, add flour, pour in a glass of water, mix everything so that no flour lumps remain, and salt the sauce to taste. We select the “Stew” mode in the multicooker, set the time to 25 minutes and cook beef stroganoff under the lid.
  4. When the beep sounds, you can open the lid and serve the finished dish to the table. Bon appetit, everyone!
