Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork fillet (s)
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • oil
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into slices, place in a bowl, pour the soy sauce over it and leave to marinate in it for a good 40 minutes.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Wash the peppers, pat dry, cut into thin strips, removing the white side walls. Cut the pickles into strips and quarter the mushrooms.
  3. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Fry the marinated pork fillet medallions on both sides for about 3 minutes, then place in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sauté the onions with the mushrooms and paprika in the remaining frying fat for about 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add the cucumber strips.
  5. Mix the sour cream, sour cream, broth and soy sauce together and pour over the vegetables. Heat everything again and season with the spices.
  6. Put the vegetables over the meat in the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Rice tastes very good with it.
