  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 cl cognac

Instructions

  1. Divide the fillet into three equal pieces and fry until crispy on all sides in a greased pan. Then season with salt and pepper. Put the meat in an ovenproof dish, garnish with garlic and rosemary and cook in the oven at 150 ° C for about 30 minutes.
