  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 1 small onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork loin dry with a kitchen towel. Then parry the loin.
  2. Mix the two types of pepper with the paprika powder, salt and oil. Rub the pork loin with the paste. Now put the loin in a pan at low temperature and fry it lightly.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  4. If the pork loin is in the oven, fry the diced onion in the pan you just used (without oil, because it is still in the pan, otherwise add a little oil). If the oil is no longer visible in the pan, pour the whipped cream on it and season to taste.
  5. After 25 minutes, take the pork loin out of the oven and portion it.
  6. This goes well with potato rösti and a fresh side salad.
