Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 1 onion (s), cut into rings
  • Garlic, crushed (amount to taste)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack mushrooms, fresh, brown or white
  • 1 cream cheese - corner, plain or mushroom
  • 1 bag cheese, grated (Gouda or Emmenthaler)
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillet, pat dry and soak in a marinade from the next 5 ingredient points and let it steep for a few hours. Then take out the fillet, cut into slices and layer in a baking dish.
  2. Bring the marinade to the boil and dissolve the processed cheese in it, season again if necessary.
  3. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and spread them in the baking dish. Then pour the glaze over the fillet and mushrooms and sprinkle with the cheese. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 °.
  4. Ribbon noodles go well with it.
  5. Alternatively, instead of the mushrooms, you can add small broccoli florets or spinach leaves to the sauce, then a hint of nutmeg is also good in the sauce. If you like it spicier, take Gorgonzola or similar instead of processed cheese. Enjoy your meal.
