Ingredients
- 150 g potato (s), floury cookin
- 150 g celeriac
- 75 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- some salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and celery into small cubes. Fill a saucepan with water and the diced vegetables and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- When the vegetables are cooked, drain off the cooking water and use a potato masher to mash the vegetables to a pulp. Add the soy milk and margarine and mash again vigorously.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Delicious vegetables go well with this.
