- 1 kg jacket potato (s), from the day before
- 2 sheet / s puff pastry, frozen
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 ½ cup sour cream
- salt
- basil

- Peel and slice the jacket potatoes. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and place in a greased baking dish. Place the potato slices on the puff pastry and season well with basil and salt. Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry, place on it and brush with the egg yolk. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 20 minutes. Then lift off the top layer of puff pastry, set it aside briefly and brush the potatoes well with sour cream. Put the dough back on and push the whole thing into the oven for another 20 minutes.
