- 1 kg potato (s)
- possibly water (salt water)
- 1 leek
- 150 g ham, diced
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 130 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g cheese, rated
- Fat for the shape

- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the leek and cut it into thin slices, dice the onion and paprika. Grease a baking dish a little, then place the thin potato slices in it. Possibly boil something in salted water beforehand, depending on the thickness required.
- Fry the onion cubes together with the ham cubes, add the paprika and corn, fry a little, then add the sour cream and the vegetable stock, season well. Add the leek as well.
- Simmer a little and distribute on the potatoes. Sprinkle everything well with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Tip: The casserole tastes particularly delicious when it is warmed up, because then the aroma of the ham is well absorbed into the potatoes and is super delicious.
