Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Tbsp water
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 50 g fat
  • 100 g onion (s), finely chopped, roasted
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • Butter, melted, brown

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, 1 teaspoon salt, egg and water together and knead into a soft pasta dough. Let rest for 1 hour.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, boil the potatoes, peel them and strain them hot. Mix well with the finely chopped, roasted onions and the other ingredients and form small balls.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and top it with the potato balls at regular intervals. Beat the dough over it, press down well, rub out and seal the edges well. You can also cut them out with a knife.
  4. Cook the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes, strain and serve with hot, brown butter. There is also warm coleslaw.
