Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 60 ml white wine vinegar, approx. (Depends on the variety and your own taste)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- Caraway, (is important!)
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Cook the potatoes with their skin on, add salt and caraway seeds, peel them off and cut into slices while they are still warm. Put in a bowl and mix with the following marinade:
- Diced onions, cucumber, salt, white pepper, vinegar and oil are put in a little water and cooked until the onion is soft. Season again with the spices and pour over the potatoes, mix. Let cool down for approx. 2 hours, try and add seasoning if necessary.
- When the salad has cooled down, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
