Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 200 ° C, gas: level 4). Wash the potatoes greenish and quarter them. Clean the turkey breast fillet in strips, clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Mix the potatoes, turkey breast fillet and broccoli florets in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then put the warm ingredients in a bowl, mix with the remaining mayonnaise and spring onions. Serve warm.
