Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), waxy
- 500 g pear (s)
- 250 g cheese, spicy, e.. medieval Gouda or blue cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons thyme, rubbed

- Cook the potatoes in salted water, rinse in cold water and peel them.
- Peel the pears and remove the core.
- Now dice the potatoes, pears and cheese and mix in a bowl.
- Mix the sour cream with vinegar until smooth, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Mix with the lettuce and leave to stand in the refrigerator for another hour.
- Can still be eaten the next day.
- You can choose the cheese according to your taste, there are many types of pears that go with it.
