Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 3 pear (s)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 400 g Gouda
  • 200 g cooked ham

For the dressing:

  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon safflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches white pepper
  • 1 shot milk or water if necessary

Moreover:

  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Dice the pears and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Dice the Gouda and ham as well. Put everything together in a bowl. Now mix the dressing from the ingredients for it - I always use a shaker - and pour over it. Cut the chives into small pieces and mix in.
  2. The dressing is very thick, but that`s how it should be. If you like, you can make it a little more liquid with a dash of milk or water.
