  • 4 meatballs or other smoked sausages
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon chicken broth, grained
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • water, boiling

Instructions

  1. Cut the meatloaf into slices and fry in a soup pot. Dice the onion and fry until everything has turned color. Clean, dice and add the soup vegetables and potatoes. Top up with boiling water until everything is well covered. Stir in the granulated broth, the savory, pepper and nutmeg and season to taste. Let the stew simmer for 20 minutes.
