- 375 g bacon, mixed, smoked
- 750 g beans, reen
- 1 sprig savory
- 500 g potato (s), waxy
- 500 g pear (s), firm
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Pepper, whiter

- The 3 times 15 minute recipe:
- Place the bacon in slices about 1/2 cm thick with 0.5 liters of water and cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, clean and wash the beans and break them into 4 cm long pieces. Add the beans with the savory to the bacon and cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes. Peel, quarter and core the pears. Add the potatoes and pears to the beans and cook everything together for another 15 minutes. Whisk the flour with a little water, stir in and bring to the boil again briefly. Season the dish with white pepper and serve hot.
