Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 175 g bacon (lean smoked bacon), cut into small pieces
  • 25 g coriander and parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until soft. Drain and cut into slices.
  2. In the meantime, steam the onion in the oil until it is soft but not yet colored. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  3. Put the bacon in the pan and fry until crispy. Add the potatoes and fry until browned on both sides. Carefully mix the onion, coriander or parsley as well as salt and pepper into the potatoes and heat, then serve.
