Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and let them cool down briefly. Then cut into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices and layer in a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Cut the nut ham (it is expensive, but has the good smoked taste). Mix the cream cheese with milk until smooth and soft. But it shouldn`t get too fluid. Add the ham. Season the mixture well with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. If you like, you can also add herbs.
  3. Now spread the whole thing on the potatoes and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  4. Now put the mold in the oven and bake at about 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has turned golden brown.
  5. With a large bowl of cucumber salad. Absolutely delicious!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
