Ingredients
- 500 g yros meat, seasoned
- 1 vegetable onion (s)
- 200 g cream
- 200 g processed cheese (processed herb cheese
- 100 g processed cheese (cream cheese)
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 shot Metaxa

- Cut the onion into rings.
- Fry the meat in a little oil and add the onion. Remove the meat and place in a baking dish. Deglaze the gravy with the cream. Add the processed cheese and mix with the salsa sauce, tomato paste and vegetable stock powder. Season with salt and a little sugar and pour the sauce over the meat. If you like, you can also add a dash of Metaxa to the sauce. Cook at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Finally, bake with feta cheese for 10 minutes.
