- 1 kg meat, seasoned gyros meat
- 1 ½ cup cream cheese
- 0.5 ½ cup processed cheese (herbs)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Cheese, grated

- Fry the gyros and place in a baking dish. Heat the cream and processed cheese in a saucepan, do not let it boil! Pour the cheese sauce over the gyros and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
