  • 20 small potatoes
  • 20 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 packet processed cheese, approx. 200 g
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg

Potatoes with Ham in Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes. Then wrap the bacon and place in a baking dish.
  2. Heat the cream and processed cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a saucepan and stir so that the cheese melts. Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Then bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes until the surface is lightly brown.
  3. If you really don`t care about calories, you can also sprinkle grated cheese on the casserole before baking.
  4. I like to eat bread and salad with it. And because the sauce also tastes so good with bread, I often just use double the amount of sauce.
