  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and fry for 6 minutes on each side. Then place in a baking dish.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C fan oven.
  3. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Whisk the sour cream, egg yolk and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the spring onions and distribute the mixture over the fillets. Dice the bacon and sprinkle over it.
  4. Bake the crumbs in the hot oven for about 12 minutes.
