Ingredients
- 250 g spahetti (best spahettini or capellini)
- 8 shrimp (s), peeled and deveined (frozen also possible)
- 1 glass white wine
- 6 tomato (s), dried, pickled, pureed
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, the grated zest and the juice from it
- 1 handful rocket, roughly chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), dried, crumbled
- 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- Parmesan, grated

- Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, fry the garlic and chilli in a little olive oil. As soon as the garlic takes on a little color, add the prawns and fry them well for approx. 2 minutes. Then deglaze with white wine and the pureed tomatoes and simmer.
- As soon as the spaghetti is al dente, strain them and possibly collect a little of the cooking water.
- If you want the sauce to be more liquid, add some of the cooking water that has been collected. Then add lemon juice and the grated lemon zest. Add the chopped rocket and mix everything.
- Now mix everything with the drained spaghetti and arrange on plates. Serve sprinkled with some finely grated parmesan cheese.
