Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp (s)
  • 100 g breakfast bacon
  • 1 pack Camembert (s)

Instructions

  1. Remove shrimp from the shell and remove the intestinal canal on the back or buy shrimp ready to cook.
  2. Wrap the prawns with a slice of breakfast bacon (or a thinly sliced slice of smoked pork belly) and place on a plate for decoration. Cut the camembert into slices and arrange on an extra plate.
  3. When eating raclette, line the bottom of the pans with the wrapped prawns and top with the camembert slices and then baked.
  4. The combination of the individual ingredients give this delicacy the edge.
