Ingredients

  • 4 pretzel (s), stale, sliced
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 60 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 50 g cheese (Romadur)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g low-fat quark
  • some clarified butter, for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place the pretzel slices in a bowl. Sweat the onion cubes in butter, then deglaze with milk. Mix the cheese and pretzel slices, add the quark, milk and onions. Add egg, mix and season with spices. Then fry in hot clarified butter as a buffer.
  2. Mushrooms, among other things, taste great with this.
