Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olives, green and black, to taste
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, as fresh as possible
  • Thyme, as fresh as possible
  • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with chopped onions and garlic in oil until crumbly, then remove from the heat. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and dice them, cut the olives into slices, mix both with the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Put the defrosted puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread the tomato paste mixture on it, spread the minced meat on top and sprinkle everything with the feta cheese cut into cubes. Chop the fresh herbs and distribute evenly on the cake.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
  4. A mixed salad goes well with it.
  5. If you don`t like olives, you can dice fresh mushrooms or peppers and mix them with the minced meat.
  6. Suitable for parties, as you can prepare all the ingredients and keep them cool covered with foil. When the guests are there, you can simply top the puff pastry quickly and put it in the oven.
