Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated counter
  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 200 g oat cheese
  • 200 g Emmentaler
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 ml sauce (garlic chili sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Herbs, fresh
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the garlic and onion into small cubes. Cut the cheddar and Emmental cheese into pieces and mix together. Crush the goat cheese.
  2. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and brush with the garlic and chili sauce. Top with garlic, onions, the fresh herbs, the Cheddar-Emmental mixture and the tomatoes. At the end, spread the goat cheese on top.
  3. Bake the puff pastry tart for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 ° C, sprinkle with a little basil and serve.
