Puff Salad with Shrimps

Don’t know what salad to surprise your guests with for a holiday? Make them a puff pastry salad with shrimps – they certainly have not tried this. In addition to shrimp, potatoes and eggs are also included in this puff salad.

Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Shrimp – 600 Grams
- Eggs – 4 Pieces
- Potatoes – 3 Pieces
- Red caviar – 150 Grams
- Salt – To taste
- Mayonnaise – To taste
Directions
- Boil the potatoes and peel.
- Boil and peel the shrimp.
- We put a net of mayonnaise on the bottom of the salad bowl, lay half the shrimp on top with a neat layer.
- Next, lay out a layer of grated potatoes (lay out the whole potatoes, there will be only one layer). We coat with mayonnaise.
- Next – a layer of grated eggs and mayonnaise again.
- Then – the remaining shrimp and mayonnaise again.
- Decorate the salad with red caviar on top. We put in the refrigerator for several hours, then serve. Puff pastry salad with shrimps is ready!
