Puffs with Apricots

Recipe for a simple baked puff pastry. What delicious puffs with apricots! Crunchy, aromatic! Cooking?

Ingredients

  • Yeast-free puff pastry – 400 g
  • Apricots – 3-4 pcs.
  • Brown sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Puff yeast-free dough must first be defrosted. You can use regular sugar instead of brown sugar.
  2. Lightly roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin.
  3. Using a glass, cut out an even number of circles.
  4. Cut out the middle with a glass or glass of a smaller dia in half of the dough circles (see photo).
  5. Wash and dry apricots. Cut each fruit into two halves and remove the seeds.
  6. Grease the dough circles with an egg, beaten lightly with a fork, using a silicone brush.
  7. Put 0.5 teaspoons of brown sugar in the middle of each mug.
  8. Cover the sugar with half an apricot.
  9. Then place the dough rings (circles with cut out centers) on top.
  10. Grease the dough and apricots with an egg on top.
  11. Put the apricot puffs on a baking sheet and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  12. The apricot puffs are ready.
