- 100 g banana (s)
- 10 g dark chocolate
- 1 g nutme
- 100 ml water
- 250 g preservin suar, 3: 1

- Peel and core the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Cook with the water for approx. 20 minutes until soft. Add the preserving sugar, banana, chocolate and nutmeg, puree with the magic wand and let simmer for 4 minutes. Then fill into twist-off glasses.
- Sufficient for approx. 4 small glasses.
